All our warehouse operations – from the moment of unloading of the merch to the moment of loading it again – are done under camera control, with saving of the videos.
GOODS RECEPTION
- Photos of the licence plate of the delivery vehicle
- Check up of the packing with eventual anomalies evidency
- Photos of the material on the vehicle before the unloading
- Weight detection single pallets or single packages
- Photos of the matearial in the warehouse
POSSIBLE POST-UNLOADING SERVICES
- lnspection of the goods with X-Ray mach i ne or manual check
- Weight contrai of a single packing unit with precise ba lance
- Scanning of serial codes with saving on file of customer’s choice: excel, doc, txt, or pdf
- Hold Far Release Service (On-Hold)
- Management of small orders from bigger stocks (separating)
- Neutralization/removal of personalized adhesive tapes, writings, eventual shipping labels put by the supplier
- Stabilization and labeling batches, pallet set-up
- Short term, mid term or long term stocking
OFFICE SERVICES COMPLEMENTARY TO THE WAREHOUSE SERVICES
- At the end of every standard contrai or at clients request a mail is sent to them with inspection report about the contrai results, relative photos and any other completing document requested (editing packing-list, transport documents or CMR etc.)

Archiving of the loading and unloading documents, report loading and others, in our location with the possibility to see from the clients.
USEFUL INFORMATION FOR THE CLIENT
In arder to offer the best service possible Vodalog needs from the client always written Pre-Alert email with as many infarmation as possible:
- Estimated date and time of delivery
- lncoming documents from supplier
- Details of the arriving goods (if you don’t have any documents which describes the goods)
- Name ofthe driver and licence plate of the vehicle that delivers the praducts
- Outgoing documents (sending the infarmation that verifies if the praducts will stop at the warehouse or must be re-send)
- Detail instructions far the contrai of the goods
Whenever the delivery will not be done thraugh Vodalog, please infarm us the day befare the day of loading by giving us the name of the driver and the licence plate of the vehicle that will pick up the praducts.
